The Focus Algorithm Advisory
The Focus Algorithm is a 6-month, done-with-you 1:1 business advisory designed to help you turn your knowledge and experience into a productized service capable of generating $10,000/month in client engagements.
Our goal during the engagement is to build the business infrastructure you need to consistently attract leads, convert clients, and generate independent income.
What You Receive
This is a hands-on advisory partnership, not simply a course or series of coaching calls.
During our 6 months together, you'll receive:1:1 business advisory and guidance tailored to your business, goals, and current challenges
A minimum of 12 private advisory calls, with additional calls available when reasonably needed
Asynchronous messaging access between calls for questions, feedback, and support
TFA frameworks, templates, tools, and resources to help you build and operate your business
Hands-on feedback and iteration on your offer, positioning, messaging, content, outreach, lead generation, and sales process
Support preparing for important sales conversations, client opportunities, and business decisions
Access to the private TFA community
Access to TFA group advisory calls, which are generally held monthly but may vary
We'll work together to build the core elements of your business, including your productized service, positioning, personal brand, lead generation strategy, and sales process.
I'll provide the strategy, frameworks, feedback, guidance, and support. You'll be responsible for implementing what we build together and consistently taking action in your business.
My Commitment to You
Our goal is to help you generate your first $10,000 in client work during our 6 months together.
Entrepreneurship involves factors that neither of us can completely control, so I cannot guarantee a specific financial result. However, I do want to reduce your risk.
If you have not made your initial investment in The Focus Algorithm back through new client revenue by the end of the 6 months, I will continue working with you 1:1 at no additional cost until you do, provided you meet the participation requirements below.
Making your initial investment back means collecting an amount of new client revenue equal to the amount you paid for The Focus Algorithm after beginning the engagement.
Your Commitment
To qualify for continued 1:1 support beyond the initial 6 months, you agree to:
Attend a minimum of 12 one-on-one advisory calls
Submit your TFA Progress Report every week
Complete the key business-building actions we agree on during our advisory calls
Notify me of challenges or difficulties as soon as they arise so we can address them together
Once you reach Step 4: Lead Generation Strategy, you also agree to:
Keep your Funnel Tracker regularly updated
Send at least 25 client outreach messages per week
Send at least 25 targeted connection requests per week
These requirements are not intended to create unnecessary hoops. They're simply there to make sure we're both actively participating in the process and giving the business a fair opportunity to succeed.
After the 6 Months
If you've made your initial investment back, the included 1:1 advisory portion of the engagement will conclude at the end of the 6 months.
You'll continue to have access to the TFA community and group advisory calls for as long as they remain available.
If you'd like continued 1:1 support as you grow toward consistent $10K months and beyond, additional advisory engagements may also be available.
